An excerpt from an e-mail exchange between Pigglett and me:
Pigglett:
My little piggie is angry with me again... he is showing me his tail. Summer, any suggestions for patao-ing him...?
Me:
Well, Pigglett, you have to have some knowledge of what your piggie likes. I know some things that Snorky Figgles is very fond of, and if he's angry with me (i.e., showing me his tail), I can always get him to turn around by saying one or more of the following ---
(a) Who wants peach-colored melons?
(b) Fi is coming to town!
(c) I'm going to blog, anyone want to sit next to me and dictate?
(d) I have a story about Pigglett/Pigglett's piglets/Pigglett's zoo!
(e) Is anyone up for a photo-session?
(f) I definitely love you loads more than Gruntster.
(g) Let's read A Good Good Pig / My Family and Other Animals / a Blandings Castle book / The Pig Family!
I'm sure there are a thousand others that I could use, but these are the ones that spring to mind immediately. Any others that spring to your mind?

Snorky Figgles recently celebrated his first birthday. First birthdays are really special and to be shared with all loved ones. Unfortunately, some grown-ups think that posting information and sharing pictures about this important event are not worth prioritizing in their busy schedules.
Meanwhile, Snorky Figgles stares longingly at his blog post wondering if his first year birthday pictures will be uploaded by the time his second birthday arrives!!!
Erm... okay, point taken. You draw your verbal pictures well. Now I can actually see Snorky Figgles looking all forlorn... in my mind's eye :-( One more thing to do before Friday!
Figgles first birthday has made it to the global news.... as suddenly i saw both piggles and bibbles enjoying in delicacies and loads of fun... the misisng ingredient, however, was their loving figgles....
Figgles has booked his flight to mumbai because now he is completely certain that he will get to enjoy here alot more....
